Very impressed with Dr and his staff. Clean, professional and friendly. Highly recommend
Aspen has the most friendly and helpful employees in the area. I wouldn t think of sending my child anywhere else. My son Skyler just turned 6 loved every second of his cleaning. They made him feel at home and at ease. I m happy that his first experience was with them and that he will not have a fear of the dentist but a love for it.
Since I have a bit of a fear of going to the dentist, it was of no surprise to me that when I went to Aspen Dental in Plattsburgh I found out I needed a lot of work done. Throughout it all I found everyone at this office to be friendly and easy to deal with. The office manager helped to sort out insurance issues, the staff in the office were always smiling and willing to answer all questions. I ve been to Aspen Dental in Plattsburgh, New York 3 times and I am very impressed with their service. When I walked in they made me feel very comfortable and it was like a home setting. They made me feel like they have known me for years. That goes for all the staff and dentists that work there. What they have done for me has changed my grin to a smile. If I could give ten stars I would, but since five is the highest that will have to do. Thank you so much and I highly recommend their services to anyone.
Had a very comfortable dental experience at this office. Never had any problems at all. The staff members are helpful and make you feel relaxed. They are also great at explaining things. They also take my insurance so my entire family can be seen there.
