I was a first time patient. The wait was a bit long but that is understandable. I loved the dental assistant and the dentist. They got me financed to have everything done that I need. The person doing the financing was absolutely fabulous. I've never had such a great experience at the dentist before. They are thorough and knowledgeable. I am getting work done in one week! No hurry up and wait! Thank you all so much!
From start to finish my experience with Aspen has been pleasant. The staff was always courteous and answered all my questions. I am always anxious going to the dentist even on the day of my 12 extractions was bearable. I got my permanent dentures today they feel good and look good too. Thank You
Excellent staff. I was seen towards the end of the day and everyone was smiling and made me feel welcome as if they hadn't just worked all day long. The staff was knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed during my visit. Happy to be a patient here!
They have the audacity to call me asking me for money for services not rendered from January. I paid upfront TWICE , and their dentist accidently overdosed me on the anesthesia and couldn't finish the job she was paid to do. I checked with bank on charge back, and it was only for the work that wasn't completed. Aspen also told me my insurance didn't cover anything & that's why I paid upfront twice. Very organized, appointment was on time, this was my initial appointment, went through seeing x-ray tech, the dentist, the dental hygienist, and reviewed the dental plan all in just a little over a hour. Very impressive. Every person I spoke with was kind and friendly.
