The office staff was wonderful as well as the the people who work in the back. The dentist was friendly and caring. I have to admit I was skeptical about coming here due to some reviews but quickly changed my mind once I stepped in the office. I will be back!!
Everyone was so nice & friendly, welcoming me as a new patient. They re not going to have to do as much work as I expected. They just made me feel very comfortable and right at home!
I can t begin to explain how refreshing it was to walk into Aspen and greated with a friendly hello and smile by the the girl at the front desk, Melissa. Than from there everyone was very caring and informative from the dental assitants to Dr. Gonzalez. After my very complete evaluation, I was nervous to see what everything I need to have done was going to cost. The moment I walked into Aspen Dental I felt like I had found the perfect place for me! Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful. If I have to have any more work done, I will not hesitate to go back. I would recommend everyone (expecially my family and friends) to go to the Aspen Dental in North Lakeland.
my first time at aspen dental i was very impressed with the staff that help me assistant tami & iris, hygienist erica and dr. Gonzalez made me feel at ease. i have to get a lot of work done in my mouth and they treated me like i was family. even though it is a little far from my house, it is worth the trip. the office has a very calming look.
I m impressed. On my first visit for an exam the staff was very thorough. They answered all my questions. Dr. Gonzalez and her staff were very nice and the hygienist Erica even made time to do my cleaning the same day!
