I give the staff and Dr Miller 5stars. I did end up sitting in the waiting room waiting for almost a hour. But once the staff started the exam I felt so comfortable with them.. Sure wish I could remember the ladies name that did my impressions. She is a keeper! However the call center that helped me make the appointment straight up lies to you to get you to make the appointment. I went in there expecting one thing and left with a complete different concept of how it goes. They told me I was able to get upper and lowers made within 24-48 hours. Something that will actually take 2-4 weeks for the whole process. If you go thru a call center for a appt be aware they do not know anything.. Call the office directly.

Great staff. They went over and above what I expected to be done on my first visit. Dr. Miller and his staff took time to explain the whole process. I am looking forward to working through the whole experience with them.

The service is great..the staff are friendly and professional. and there is a comfort level that i have not always found in other practices. So far there is nothing negative that i can say about them..

Very friendly staff. I have anxiety when going to dentist. They made me feel comfortable and made sure my mouth was numb enough and I didn't feel any discomfort

I walked in scared of what was to come but the staff worked with me and made me feel so comfortable. I had to have many extractions and get dentures and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like a whole new person thanks to Dr. Miller and Tim the lab tech plus all of the other wonderful staff members!! I highly recommend going to aspen for all your dental needs!! The staff makes sure your comfortable through the whole process and explain it very well as well as offer payment options to fit your budget. If I could give more than 5 stars I would because I’m 100% happy!!
