Everyone was nice and friendly. I didn't think I needed the pastes and rinse I was told I needed I have to say my sensitivity has dramaticly decreased since using it all so I guess it was needed after all. I felt at ease and not at all agitated likeI get when I went to other offices. I came home and was able to explain everything to my husband just like they explained it to me. They make it easy for me to understand and be comfortable.

My wife broke a tooth about 3 weeks ago while on vacation in upstate NY. We were visiting my family here in Muskegon when she decided she needed to see a dentist about her tooth. We searched the net and contacted our dental insurance people who told us that Aspen Dental dentists were in the network. The staff there were fabulous. She was told that she needed a crown and that it would take two weeks to get the crown back. I just stopped in yesterday to make an appointment, but they got me right in after a short wait. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. And if you knew my fear of dentists, you would understand what an excellent review I am giving them. 5 stars+
