I had a little bit of a rough start with a different location but the Eugene location fixed it all and surpassed my expectations. They were all amazing even though they were in the middle of training new people they made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The office staff was professional and when they found out that I had traveled quite a ways to come to them they scheduled three appointments in the same day and I should have my new teeth very shortly. I am grateful to the staff

I have had anxiety around dental work my entire life, and I’m pretty sure these folks fixed it. They are so nice and personable, and I’ve never once felt talked-down to or my needs overlooked. The office staff treats you like you’re a friend coming over to hang out, and I seriously get excited to make appointments! The work quality is excellent as well. This may be weird to notice...but not only is the dentist kind to his patients, he is super nice to his hygienists and assistants. Which I have literally never seen before. ... read more

I was told by another dentist that I needed a root canal for $1400. I didn't have insurance so I came out of retirement and took a job so I could afford insurance. Aspen dental was the only one on the plan in my area. To my surprise I was told I did not need a root cancel at all. All I needed was to have the crown shaved down in spots that were hitting too hard. And I was not even charged for that procedure. I had a great oral exam all 1s and 2s and maybe a couple of 3s. I called on a Sunday and was able to schedule an emergency appt. for the next day.
Dr. Friess & Assistant are AMAZING! I have severe anxiety and they took care of my right away. They also got me right back in within 2 days for my extraction! the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful as well! found my dentist that I will stick with :) 5 STARS *****

My wisdom tooth broke while I was in town visiting unfortunately I don’t have insurance Aspen dental was amazing not only did they get me in right away but they worked with me to get me out of pain at a price I could afford all of the staff was amazing and helpful!
