I just needed a denture repair, but they wanted to be sure everything was okay in my mouth, so they took x-rays and had the dentist look, just to be sure. No charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They treated me like I mattered. The dental assistant did a very good temporary repair to hold me until next week when they can do the full job. I was very impressed with the people and the experience. Definitely 5 stars!
All the staff I have dealt with is wonderful, kind and helpful! But they are severally and chronically understaffed. It has been about a year now that we have been with them, the first six months they didn't have a hygienist and now they are without a dentist. They try to bring in traveling temporary people - but it is a struggle to get our appointments made, and then as often as not they have to be cancelled due to lack of staffing. They canceled my appointment twice. The first time they called the day before my appointment because they booked me on a day they didn’t even have a dentist in the office. So I waited another 9 days for my appointment and they called less than two hours before I was supposed to be there to cancel because the dentist didn’t want to see a new patient today. I’m so beyond disappointed with them. Do not recommend.

Honestly I’ve been pretty nervous about going to a dentist because I haven’t been since I was a kid, but all the staff was so kind and helpful and made my experience really pleasant and positive. They were able to get me in same day for an emergency tooth extraction. All of the staff was amazing and so kind. From front office, dental assistants, and provider. They made me feel comfortable in a really uncomfortable situation. Thank you Aspen!
