Yesterday I was in so much pain. Have been for the last week. I went to two Aspen locations but could not be accommodated even though they offer emergency walk ins. I called the Douglasville location and spoke to Mesha. She told me I could come in later. I arrived and made sure that I received the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. I am so glad I decided to go to Aspen Dental. Everything about my first visit to the Douglasville office was great! Everyone is friendly, kind, helpful, patient, careful & professional. And they are happy to be there…I loved hearing them laughing! I'm a dentist coward but had to have a tooth extracted. All the staff were pleasant and professional and my tooth was out quickly with no pain aside from the numbing injections, but even that was minimal. Overall a surprisingly pleasant experience!

My first visit was waiting for 2 hours because of the COVID. I gave them another chance and I’m glad I did. I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was very friendly and it was a pleasant experience.
