I have been coming to this office bringing other family members. On 4/11/24 was my 1st one-on-one experiencing their services for myself and I was extremely pleased. Their customer service was wonderful. This office creates a very warm inviting family atmosphere. You feel very cared for as a patient. They were very kind, patient, and caring to their patients and to each other as co-workers.
From when I walked into the office to when it was time to leave, and I made my next appt, I was treated like their favorite patient. The front desk, the staff, the hygienists, and the financial advisors were all genuinely phenomenal. It was indeed my best and favorite experience yet. They explained everything and were so patient. It can get a bit overwhelming with all the information given but the entire staff was knowledgeable. I’m grateful for the team at Aspen Dental in Douglasville. I definitely recommend! 10/10
I went in for an emergency chipped tooth. Saw me immediately after I scheduled my appointment for the same day. Everyone was so nice and friendly, and took really great care of me. Explained everything they were going to do right then and there so I felt a lot at ease. First time being to them and it was a great experience.
I took my 83-year-old mother in for new dentures. The staff and doctor were all super friendly and put my mom at ease. They had great financial options as well. ✅
Super Friendly Staff!!!!! , this was my first time here. From the moment I walked in everyone made me feel welcomed. I asked a lot of questions, and never felt rushed or like I was a nuisance. Definitely go here, you will not be disappointed.
