RecommendedI haven’t been to the dentist in years and was having tooth pain. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Came up with a treatment plan and the prices were very reasonably, even without insurance.

My experience at Aspen Dental Brighton Office has been exceptional. Megan and the office staff have always greeted me with a smile. The office manager Jennifer, took the time to explain the work that was going to be done and how the billing process worked. From the initial visit to the impressions to the extractions to the follow-up visit every visit was handled promptly and professionally. I felt very comfortable visiting a dentist for the first time in a long time.
I was at the brighton office today I was confused about my treatment plan cost. Jennifer the office manager explained all the items listed patiently until I understood this was the best customer service I ever had

I was hesitant after reading some mixed reviews about Aspen Dental. Paying 60% prior to your appointment was also surprising as I’ve never done this at any other clinic. This is supposed to be a way to keep costs down but after checking, Aspen Dental costs about the same as any other clinic. That being said, I had a very good experience. Dr. Carpenter, at the Brighton clinic, was professional and caring. I’m very nervous having dental work done, and was comforted and treated respectfully.
