Excellent facility! I was not an existing patient here but had two broken teeth become an issue over the weekend. I was able to get right in the same day and was treated like I had been a patient for years. Aside from the cause of having to go there in the first place I am glad that I did and will gladly drive 40min to see this dentist for future needs. Dr. Samantha was more than amazing, as well as, three other staff members that I had contact with. Highly recommend!
My experience with my visit on 02/05/2024 was like a bad drive through, get them in and out as fast as possible and move on to the next patient. Before anything began I made the dentist and her assistant aware of my fear and anxiety with dental work. I requested gas for the appointment and was told this particular Dr. was not allowed to administer it. If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter had a new patient appointment scheduled for 3:15 PM. Office staff confirmed via phone last week and received text reminder this morning. Sat in the waiting room for a full hour and got sent home without being seen. Overbooked and couldn’t accommodate the appointment. Rude and unapologetic. What a complete joke and waste of time. Get it together, Aspen. Will never return and will not recommend to anyone, ever. Terrible!
I was panicking regards to my bridge came loose and fell out. I called to set up appointment. They were able to get me right in. Before my appointment I had seen so many negative reviews and bad experience from patients. I felt I could at least give them a chance I was desperate to get my bridge out back in.
