I have very bad dental anxiety! Not here! These people are WONDERFUL! From the gal at the front desk all the way to the dentist. They were awesome! I'd also had some problems with my insurance, and one of the office ladies (Victoria) went out of her way to contact my insurance company to try and get it straightened out. The xray tech was so sweet and kind, knowing I was anxious. She even gave me some tips to help me out and it worked! The dentist, Dr Knox, is the best I've ever been to. She's professional, but not in an uptight way. She's very kind, funny and a joy to be around. If you're looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Lufkin Texas. Sincerely, a VERY satisfied customer!

The People were genuinely nice and very helpful. River was kind and educated. Very knowledgeable and bedside manner perfect. Very Professional People. Clean and quiet place. I felt comfortable the entire time!

They’re very patient and caring I have a phobia of needles but I was at ease because of the environment. I’d recommend anyone to go and see Dr Knox she’s great

had a great visit today. everyone was so friendly and funny. I was there for awhile mainly because it took my mouth a little to cooperate for the x ray from being in pain.
