I recently had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Defiance Ohio . The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The dentist was very thorough, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well-cared for throughout my visit. Everyone is very nice an knowledgeable! I learn something new every time I go! I came in today an had a partial plate put in. Oh my gosh it’s great 😊 The fit is wonderful!! I had missed my original appointment. I thought it was later. but they were able to squeeze me in. I sure appreciate it.thank you everyone 😁
The staff are nice, they are professional, they took care of my needs. I already know the course of my mouth. Prognosis is not good. Today was the first time I felt that they didn't push extra treatment for extra money. Maybe because they finally realized that I am not dumping money into a losing situation. Not very organized.They do not pre- authorized insurance they do it at the time of your appointment. (Could save a lot of time and trouble doing it before appointments.) I waited for a call back on a perscription, they stated that they were sending it in asap and they still didn't have it sent in 7 hours later. (After I called them) Waiting room and patient rooms could use a deep clean.
I am scared of the dentist and hadn't been for almost 9 years, they made me feel very comfortable for an emergency tooth extraction and walked me through everything that needs to be done to get My smile back. Amazing staff!
