I can not begin to tell you how happy I am with the staff at the Defiance, OH office. From the moment I first walked into the office (scared to death) I was treated like I was the only patient they had. And believe me I am not because the waiting room is always busy. Everyone was very patient with me and each one made it a point to keep me calm and assure me that everything would be alright. The dental hygienist was very gentle and I felt no discomfort.
