I am very satisfied about the patient care from this office, I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a modernized dentist that will go the extra mile for you. I went to aspen Dental last week because my old denture broke in half, i called to make an appt. and the friendly rep said they can take me in the same day. I was surprised they needed xray for a repair but then Dr. explain the rationale. I love this office, Everybody is so pleasant and professional. The front desk greeted me with a big smile and the dental assistant was very friendly. I had a severe toothache and this was the nearest office, I went thinking that i was getting an appt. for a couple days later but they took me in right away. Excellent work excellent people what more can i say? I hate the dentist and fear the pain but the excellent people down on chase ave have made everything easy and painless. They listen to you and do everything they can to help you and the staff be it the front desk or the manager are very friendly. I think the reviews are biased...I got excellent dental care;waiting was a little long (20 min);it seems logic to be informed about the insurance coverage and financial estimates before the treatment is done;the office is up to date and the doctor very good;staff is caring Long story short I was pleased by the care received;I will be back!
