I have high anxiety and it's triggered normally at the doctor's office because I do not like being touched. I've not been to this office in almost 10 years because of a bad experience. I needed an appointment and was so grateful for the staff today. The doctor read my anxiety and was very patient with me and asked my permission every step of the way before touching me. I can't explain how that made a pretty significant difference in my experience. Professionals all around and also very kind.
I’ve been putting off the dentist for longer than I should. I felt very comfortable and cared for as each team member came to speak with me about my X-rays and care plan. They answered all of my questions, explained the cost of care without issue and were very professional and easy to speak with. I feel very confident I’ve found the right place to take the next step improving my dental health.
They were great. I had an emergency and I couldn't make an appointment with my regular dentist for 5 days. I went online and booked an appointment for 8:30 the next morning. They had to extract the tooth. I was able to make my train to New York City. This was great experience.
The office was busy during my appointment, which I could have understood if I didn’t feel a little ignored. My consult took a few minutes and I was in the chair for two hours. I ended up walking to the front myself and discovering I was the only patient with one admin finishing up from the last patient. The desk admin was apologetic of course. My crown fell out and I needed an immediate appointment. They fit me in, the staff was above and beyond nice, and the doctors took such great care of me. It was my first time seeing new dentists in 15 years and they made me feel right at home. I’m one day post emergency root canal and still don’t feel an ounce of pain.
