Love all the people who work at my local Aspen Dental in Stroudsburg PA.My experience there has been far better than I expected. Everyone has been extremely professional and very friendly. They treat me like family and explained, in great detail, my dental plan, the costs and all of my options. While they are more expensive than my previous dentist, I will continue to use Aspen because of the pride they professionalism they treat their customers with.
I’m a patient person with more than my fair share of busy days where you just can’t make customers happy, but this was different. The staff was nice enough, but the way my time was wasted was inexcusable. I arrived 5 minutes early to my 1:45 checkup appointment. I waited in the waiting room full of other frustrated people for no less than 45 minutes before I was called back for the X-ray. After that I was told to sit and wait until they found a room for me. I will give them some credit due to the fact that the dentist I was seen by was very knowledgeable and gave me a good plan of action. However their largest shortcoming was the fact that I had a 1:45 appointment, that I showed up on time for and I did not leave the office until 4:20 when all I got was an exam with no cleaning or dental work. They were also saying that there system was saying my insurance would cover no work by them which wasn’t true. Overall bad experience, I would not return.
Making the appointment was fine and timely. Dental plan went well and was informative. The dentist was thorough and Caring. The hygienist could be a lot more personable and caring. Lauren was the best thing that ever happened to the East Stroudsburg office. I wish she hadn’t left.
Very thorough. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. They made me very comfortable and explained everything needed for my treatment plan very well. Fully willing to work within my means and time constraints too.
