There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.
