I was seen on June 24th in Poland, Ohio. I loved the welcoming, courteous, and efficient staff from start to finish. The decorations and complimentary snacks for those on the annual Day of Service for Veterans were great too. There were only two things that I found disappointing: one was the fact that there was no Hygienist working that day to do cleanings. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!
Staff friendly. The doctor was very nice. She explained everything very well. Over all appearance of the facility could have looked cleaner. There was not much privacy either. I just thought that, price wise , for a patient without insurance it could have been more reasonable. Really did not offer much of a discount.
