Great first visit! The front office staff was very courteous and helpful. The dentist was very thorough, listening to my health history and performing a thorough exam.
Everyone at the Poland location was kind and attentive. Everyone from the x-ray tech to the dentist was kind and competent. I felt heard and acknowledged. I had the opportunity to meet with a hygienist and omg so kind (one of the most important people that as clients we deal with)
Yalllllll be careful! This place lies to people to get as much money as they can from them! My friend went here to get a regular teeth cleaning, they told her she had periodontal disease- and had to get a series of “deep cleanings” which was going to cost her thousands of dollars. They tried to immediately set her up for a payment plan that day and told her she needed to get this done ASAP. She had a weird feeling. Both experiences I have had at Aspen dental have been terrible. I scheduled an appointment for an emergency at their earliest time available. When I arrived, the person at the desk was rude. I had scheduled an appointment and was the first person to sign in as I needed to get to work. Instead four other individuals were called back before I was. I have gone to the same dentist for 5 years and then moved. I tried one dentist in Nile’s and it just wasn’t right at all. Then I busted a tooth and needed to be seen quick! I called aspen and they squeezed me in and fixed the tooth perfectly. So thankful!! The girls behind the counter were also great!
