Definetly made me feel like family! From the first two lines on your welcome form....it's been about 6.5 years since I've visted Aspen! You made me feel welcome and appreciated. Dr Myers, Samantha and the receptionist (sorry forgot her name Nicole maybe?) took time to explain that there was not anything on the exray to show why I had this tremendous pain a couple of days prior! He reassured me that I was in good hands and that I did have 2 small cavities and gingivitis. So I will be back to fix these issues!! I want to say ... read more
Other then the snotty blonde receptionist with an attitude up front, the office staff was amazing, Kind, caring, and gentle. They took there time to make feel comfortable as I suffer from severe Dental phobia. Dr Myers was amazing and honest and made me feel less anxious about the procedure! I would totally recommend Aspen dental in Rome NY to all! <3
The whole visit was amazing, I came early and was taken right back. The assistant and the doctor were incredibly nice and made me feel very comfortable. They made my fear of the dentist lessen dramatically.
Dr. Meyer was personable and knowledgeable. My hygienist Belanaas also nice and thorough. The x ray experience was unpleasant. The plastic implement that holds the negative was large and cumbersome. I almost gagged a few times! Oh well, nothing's perfect. Scheduling was easy and all staff was pleasant. Thank you very much.
Bella did a great job. Dr Myers is wonderful.

We haven't been to the dentist in a while and we were made to feel comfortable.
