Today was my first appt with Dr Meyers. I cannot express enough how his demeanor, his expertise and his “going above and beyond” in securing an immediate follow up with himself and the surgeon calmed my “dentist related anxiety”. I left feeling confident in trusting that I am in very good hands and that there is a light now at the end of the tunnel!!!! I went to Aspen dental to get my dentures fixed. The doctor didn’t even speak to me. He spoke to the helper. I also inquired about implants they gave me quotes and prices, but they never discussed my dentures. When I asked about it, they said they would check into it. I have not heard anything back from them. I will not go back there. I do not recommend Aspen dental to anybody. They don’t speak to you directly and they don’t fix the problems you’re having.
My boyfriend and myself went in for an appointment they did 3 different types of tooth xrays and pictures. Measured our gums for "disease" and discussed oral care. Then was told to go to the front desk for a plan of treatment. My boyfriend was told he had gum disease and a cracked tooth that needed root canal. I was told I had gum disease and needed a tooth pulled. He was given an estimate of $2,200 dollars out of pocket for a scaling. Mind you they never cleaned our teeth at this appointment!!!! This is my sons 1st dental visit and I think he had fun, our hygienist Ms Tara is awesome she made him feel comfortable. Dr O is also so nice and they made my son comfortable.
I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time, but started having tooth pain and decided to go in. Everyone was very kind, supportive, and explained things very well. No one judged me or made me feel stupid or uncomfortable, all of the staff are amazing and pleasant! They don’t push you to make a decision that you don’t want to do, they explain what they think needs to be done, and let you take the time to decide for yourself. 200/10 recommend!
