Aspen Dental, I just had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in North Syracuse, NY. I was having a few issues with my partial plate that had been made by Aspen Dental. When out of the blue Matt, the office manager, said that they were going to make me a completely new stainless plate. Dr Herman did a fabulous job. I am not very good at this. I would like to thank everybody that has made my experience coming back to the dentist . From the first day i walk in to the north syracuse office everybody has been great from Tesha, Matt, Dr. Herman ,Dr. Yang, and today there was Tammy,and Jai.And i know i have left out some people but as Tesha know i am not good with names so thanks to everyone making my going back to the dentiist a good experiance thank you tom
I have a phobia of dentist and have not visited one in a long time. Recent problem with my teeth lead me to visit Aspen Dental. I am so glad i did. Staff is very friendly, everything is out in the open as far as the charges goes. I can definitely say it was the best experience I could ever hope for. The hygienist I saw (I think her name was Holly :() was beyond good. Thank you!!!
Aspen Dental has always given me wonderful service they all are a great bunch of caring people. Luann my dental hygienist always has my best interest at heart. she is an asset to the company she is very gentle and always accomodating.. I look forward every 3 months to have my cleaning and seeing Luann.
My husband recently had to go there for tooth pain. The dentist was great, he extracted the tooth fast and no pain. He was very pleased at this visit unlike in the past. The staff was friendly and professional. We would like to give a big thanks to Dr.Herman!!
I recently completed some dental work at Aspen Dental in North Syracuse, NY. I was hesitant at first about going to a ""chain"" dental place. I must say I was very pleased with the end result. I knew I had some issues with two teeth, both broken. Pain was awful. I made an appointment at the Northern Lights office and was greeted immediately by friendly staff. I saw Dr. Herman who was very nice and described himself as being very conservative with treatment. I had to have one tooth extracted and I was able to come back 2 hours later to have it done the same day. Dr. Herman did a great job.
