Today’s Dr. and dental assistant were very pleasant, l felt very comfortable with them. However when the dentist showed me what was left behind during my initial appointment on February 16, 2024 with a different dentist I was shocked that she left so much of the root tip in my gums!!!!! With so much of the root tip left behind she had to know that the extraction was incomplete!!!! I developed an abscess and my healing process has been delayed.So disappointed!! Thank you
Everyone was friendly and each one eased my discomfort and fear. A lot of dental offices have bad manners and/or provide terrible experiences but not here. So happy to have found an office of such wonderful people!
My appointment was for 330 and unfortunately I was somehow overlooked for my visit. One of the Xray technicians noticed and quickly brought me back for my initial visit. I had broken a front flipper with a tooth attached so I needed lots of help. Everyone went out of their way to make sure my visit was excellent! They all stayed late to finish up my appointment and advised me on what would happen at my following visits! Thank you to everyone!!!
I was very pleased with the attention I received from the moment i stepped into the office. It was prompt, efficient and conducted in a professional but also pleasant manner. I had been postponing seeing a new dentist for over a year because of a previous negative experience but I was very glad I had decided to trust Aspen Dental.
The place was horrible the x ray technician was a wonderful lady very friendly and informative. The dentist was another story I had to get a tooth taken out I got two shots and still could feel the pain so she gave me two more waited a whole 5 min and said listen I think your feeling pressure not pain. Wait what this is pain not pressure I yelled and screamed the whole time and almost past out. They barely remembered to give me gauze when I left. I would never go back and don't suggest anyone go there.
