Every person I encountered was fantastic. The women that helped at check-in and the other with check-out at reception, the dental assistant, the doctor, and the hygienist were all amazing and friendly. Very thorough x-rays and honest treatment plan suggestions. I didn’t feel pushed into anything unnecessary and am thrilled with my experience!
The people here are great. They're very nice, and seem to be extremely good at what they do. However, the price is steep. I expected a hefty price tag for the amount of work I needed done, however this was much steeper than I could ever afford and the financing options are limited and were not of much use. Even with them "working around" my worry of finances, the cost was insanely high. They tried double billing insurance and we had to sort it out with our insurance, "procedure is part of another procedure and cannot be billed separately" as according our insurance. We would have never noticed if they hadn't kept asking for more money every time i showed up to get the rest of the work done, even though i paid in full for the enitre procedure the very first day. Fantastic service and front desk and and amenities. But this office is charging people 10 times the normal prices for procedures. 3900 for a deep cleaning? When my Insurance covers 1000-1500? 135$ charge for a toothbrush?? Unacceptable billing practice. Unless you are a rich Scottsdale citizen. This is not the place for you.
Front office manager is very rude! They didn't have suction so I had to reschedule my appointment when I asked for a Saturday out of the inconvenience I was told they don't do Saturdays even though everyone was stating they worked Saturday. Very awful experience will never come again..I suggest everyone go elsewhere.
