This visit was for a cleaning and everyone from the reception to the dentist checking my teeth was very considerate of my feelings and comfort. I was very pleased with the visit.
It was obvious the receptionist was a little stressed but she was holding it all together. The staff was very friendly and respectful. The whole process of the exam and cleaning was explained to me before it started. I felt I was in very good hands. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.
Knowledgeable, friendly, informative, professional and understanding. Each person took the time to explain every step through the visit - which I so much appreciated. It certainly removed all fear of the unknown.
Every team member EXUDED professionalism. I could not have been more impressed with their medical talent, advice and communication skills. The hygienist gave me, a 64 year old man who has spent more than his fair share of time in the chair, advice I'd never heard before.
