First time going to that location, pleasant hills. I had such a great experience, and felt welcome right away. everyone was so imformative and took their time to educate me on what I should do to prevent future problems to best options when it came to insurance. I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed! The dental hygienist was so friendly and took time to inform what she was doing and why and ways to better care for my teeth.

The hygienist that I had on 2/17/16 was one of the most attentive and personable hygienist/person that I have experienced at ASPEN Dental in the past two years of recent management and hygienist changes! The same for the front desk clerk who was one of the most accommodating, attentive and personable desk clerks ever at Aspen Dental! It was a very pleasant experience! And I hope the both of them are there at my 6 month exam in August! I look forward to my next visit because of them!
I was a first time patient and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional.
