WOW! I did NOT want to call a "Chain" Dental office, I usually go "local". This has been the BEST experience! The first check in was smooth and fast, I then was greeted by 2 young ladies; Anne and Ann, so professional and kind, explaining each procedure in such detail I felt VERY at ease. Very unhappy as they are not upfront to begin with and always find ways to upsell and upcharge- my wife had a set of upper & lower retainers and need just one replaced- not only did they sell her a complete set of upper & lower but they upped it to 2 full sets of upper and lower ! ?? why? they find ways to run up the bill- check out the BBB complaints over the past few years- it’s eye opening along with the low google reviews- why are replacement retainers $20 at other facilities and aspen charges $679 ??? now. 3 weeks late... read more
I went in today for my first cleaning at their practice. After telling them I am in my second trimester and didn't want x-rays due to the safety of the baby, I had two different rounds of them. I was in the office for over an hour and a half (it took 20 minutes alone to be seen by the dentist). I left without getting my teeth cleaned. Their check-ups do not come with a teeth cleaning. What? I've been to two different dentists and every check-up took less than an hour and had a complete cleaning. I'm very disappointed.
Eau Claire center was very clean. The staff was super nice and very knowledgeable. It was easy making appointments and getting the price for upcoming procedures. I would recommend this place anyday!
The Dr. Was great however my insurance qualified but they couldn't get ahold of my insurance. Since it was a dental emergency they charged me personally with the promise to refunded me. It's been over a year and I was in their office more than once asking about it with no refund ever made.
