Absolutely the worst! Stay away unless you enjoy being charged for unnecessary treatments just to meet a quota and dealing with office staff that aren’t required to have medical office experience but retail management experience so they don’t understand medical and dental billing.

this dental practice will not help in emergency cases, they told me they couldn't reline my denture unless i came in first and paid 95.00 for an office appointment, even though i was just there two weeks ago for an exam. this on top of what the reline cost, last year my husband had an issue with a crown they put on, he was in extreme pain and they wouldn't see him for two weeks.

I had a horrible experience with Aspen Dental at this location. I had several issues with my crown and after feeling fed up with never having any satisfaction with the crown and having my current Dentist tell me it was poorly done I simply asked Aspen Dental what their policy was to be refunded being the crown only last me a year and a half and with numerous times it needed to be put back on in between they just keep telling me someone will call me back and no one ever does. Very unorganized , You are not like the last group ! You weren't as friendly , didn't hardly talk . Very unsatisfied but you cdo good work on dentures !!!!

I DID wait quite a while. Other then that, they did a great job with the treatment plan. I hadn't been to a dentist in quite a while, but didn't feel judgement or anything. They were also MUCH more affordable. I perfer to put my money into great care, not pay for a million flat screen tv's in treatment areas. They were also great to get a 2nd opinion from. Menomonie wanted to charge me 5,500 for a single procedure, Aspen wanted that much for my WHOLE treatment plan.

I went with my mom and we waited 25 minutes after her inital appointment time and then she had to wait 20 minutes for the dentist to come talk to me. The room was filthy, and the whole time we heard customers come in and complain about the dentist and how bad their dentures were. The dentist herself talked like she did not want my moms business and mentioned it would take 10 visits to fit the dentures so she should look elsewhere. Never had such unfriendly service by anyone before. What a shame.

My husband paid for a full set of X rays when he had his first consult. As Aspen stated he needed extensive work and the cost was extremely high, my husband went somewhere else for a second opinion. After signing a medical release form, Aspen after one month still not sent over my husbands xrays to his new dentist. Staff are rude and not willing to cooperate to rectify. New dentist even called for the xrays and they were rude to them on the phone. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN

waited a very long time to see dentist. Was very disappointed. no help without my spending $2,000.00 more to get to dentures to fit properly. Also did not say if this surgery would even help.

Let me start off with there is zero privacy. Everyone could hear my personal information, what the diagnosis was and the receptionist called my insurance infront of everyone. They pushed products that were not necessary. I was told that I had several cavities and that I either needed two root canals or two teeth pulled. Doctor was cold and I was treated like a number not a person. The best part was when I was informed that I had something on my tongue and it could be CANCER.
