I had a fantastic appointment with the Eau Claire staff and Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim fixed a filling from my old dentist and they found a couple more that were bad. Prices are great and straight forward with no pressure at all. I will be going back again!

The dentist gives me anxiety. However, everyone in the office made me feel like I mattered. Before I knew it I forgot about being at the dentist.

I did not feel like I was "judged" or lectured because I had not seen a dentist in years. Staff was very thorough and reassuring when explaining what needed to be done and what options were available to pay for the treatment. They need to get another dentist for that office so that Dr Kim is not too overloaded with patients, which made the wait times a bit long. Very good exprtience overall. Everyone was very pleasant and it was a very nice appointment.
I've been here 3 times now, twice with Dr. Naga and once with Dr. Kim. I have been pleased every time. I like how I was put at ease, as I have major anxiety about going to the dentist. This last time, I ended up having a completely different procedure than planned because the tooth wasn't viable enough to have a crown put on. Dr. Kim kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew why and how the plan had changed and what the new plan will be. All the staff are wonderful.
