The cleaning part was quick and easy.The technician handled the corrective/instructional part at the end with compassion and understanding rather than chastising for the improper brushing and flossing techniques I had previously used, with the result in me actually doing it the way she said.
All of the staff has great personalities and was very knowledgeable and courteous. But I would have preferred ito know what my insurance covered and what it didn't cover prior to going through everything and not being treated, not even a cleaning that was covered by my insurance.
My experience was great! This was the second time I've been to aspen dental and my hygienist was very friendly and helpful. It also didn't take long at all for her to clean my teeth. I definitely would recommend aspen to anyone!
