went in for a scheduled appointment. they were aware all I wanted was a crown to be put back on. I was immediately given x rays and all of that. switched rooms a few times. saw the actual dentist for 5 minutes at best. was told a cavity had loosened the crown and I needed a new one. I would need to come back for that. then I'm told that they won't even touch that crown, til I complete there over $5000 after insurance dental plan. Took my father over today for an appointment. His medical history was told to everyone we spoke with over the phone prior to scheduling appointment. My poor dad has stage 4 COPD so getting up and going to the dentist is no easy task. After sitting in the office for 30+ minutes we were told they were going to refuse service to him because of his medical history. This is unacceptable. Tried to charge me for cavities I didnt have. $518 with insurance and never cleaned my teeth. Come to find out I dont even have cavities. Very absurd and unprofessional

I had all my teeth pulled, they said it would take 6 month's for my gums to heal. I went in today because I got tired of waiting and the last time I was there the girl ask if I wanted to go on and have the impressions made. I go in 2 an a half weeks before August and they told me I couldn't get anything done yet. They put a soft liner in and made an appointment for 2 an a half weeks later. OMG! Are you kidding me!

Went in with a sore tooth, walked out with a 20,000 “care” plan! This place is taking advantage of people and needs to be shutdown! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went in miserable. They didn’t treat my tooth. 19,000.00 before they will consider alleviation of my broken tooth, AFTER INSURANCE. You need every square inch of your unethical joke of a practice SUED...and making me wait!!!

Horrible experience. All I wanted was to get teeth looked at then get worked on. Well no they wanted to do gum cleaning. Well I said okay but dentist also said cavity work is needed. Well I asked and prices were shown to me after insurance. I go in get the cleaning on just the right side and no cavity work. I called and asked was there cavity work? She said no and I paid an EXTREME amount just for my right side of my teeth to be cleaned. So I’d advice you to not go to Aspen. They took so much money from me just for one side ... read more

It started out as a good experience. My Dad broke his dentures within his 6 month warranty. But because it happened on a Friday evening while his warranty was still good and No one could be contacted, the y would not fix them without charging me $150.00. His warranty ran out Sunday. Who's product breaks within 6 mo the anyway? They want to suck more money out of a senior citizen. Had plans to have more work done there, Not anymore.
