this place is a scam. went to get a tooth pulled and was told 113 dollars then when I got there i was x rayed and poked on for 2 hours for them to try and sell me a 20,000 worth of work that I couldn't pay for. and then the price went from 113 to almost 300. I lost my other appointment with my old dentist that would have got this taken care of in 30 minutes or less to go there and still didn't get what I went there to get. most definitely will not recommend and most definitely will not be back... quit trying to scam everyone... read more
I’m giving one star because it’s not possible to give less. Much of the staff is very professional courteous kind and knowledgeable. The dentist was great, one of the hygienist was very competent and the X-ray tech was very helpful friendly. I have the Cadillac of dental plans and rarely does it not pay in full. I wanted to switch to a dentist in Georgetown for convenience. I went for a consultation and was going to receive so I thought a routine cleaning on my next visit. Went here to get my teeth cleaned. Left with a $15,000 out of pocket dental plan.... Got a second opinion from a LOCAL dentist.... 1/6th of the cost. Aspen Dental, I’m appalled that you all tried to take advantage of me by that much. If you’d do that to me, what stops you from taking advantage of others. All these people care about is money! Poor poor poor patient service.
It was a very unpleasant experience. The Aspen Dental in Ashland had botched a root canal a few months earlier so this office sent me for a retreat from an endodontist. After finishing that I went back to the office to fix the temporary fillings and they wouldn't do any treatment except crowning which I couldn't afford, even going against the endodontist's recommendation.
