First of all, this place is Gucci Approved by me! Location is very nice! People here are sooo nice! And they know what they are doing too! They don't yell at me or give me "the eye loook" They are patient with me in everything. Very relatable. Of all of my dental visits, this would have to be the most pain-free experience whatsoever! Less than 5% pain in all the procedures! Thats soooooupa Gucci! First time at the W Colonial Rd location. Everyone there was so nice and professional. I had cracked a tooth and was leaving to go out of town and Dr Shenouda worked me in for a last minute crown. Everyone went out of their way to get my tooth fixed and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Special shout out to Kaitlyn for being so kind in taking care of me. Thanks Dr Shenouda for going the extra mile.

They're basically liars. I made an appointment with them specifically told them I want to check up and cleaning done. After the checkup was done, the dentist said we'll reschedule you for your cleaning and the filling. I said wait a minute. I came in here to get the cleaning done. They told me you can get done today. The dentist then said oh I'm sorry that's our call center. They do that all the time. That's not my problem. That's your problem. The worst service I have ever received. I purchased dentures back in 2019 when they pulled 22 teeth out of me. I have since been thru 14 sets of repairs for my uppers because they continue to break in half. I had bought the extended repair and replacement thank goodness, but instead of making a new set because as you get older your mouth changes and they are supposed to care and want to get you fitted so breaking will not accrue often! I was very disappointed with Aspen dental. My partial had a clean break, the last tooth which had been added on originally broke off. It had done that once before and they had glued it back on which lasted 9 months. I wanted them to do that again and they refused. This partial is very comfortable and I don't want to have another one made because I tried doing that and after spending a large amount of money it didn't fit right after two different impressions .

I just received an invoice from this office for a service done 2 years ago. To say I was surprised and annoyed that it would take them this long to reconcile if there was an owed payment from patient or insurance is ridiculous.

I have a tooth that broke off from a partial. It's a clean break. I will update this review when I find out if they will glue it back. It happened before and it lasted for 9 months which is fine for me. If they don't fix it again I will be very unhappy and will follow with another review.
