Had an emergency with pain of 10/10 for majority of Memorial Day weekend. Dr A, Kelsey, Daniel, Kelly and entire staff were very professional! I had no issues and was very nervous because I was a new patient and never been to Aspen dental before. Dr A was outstanding in her decision to get me in right away the same day. I called in Aspen Dental off Parmer/I35 having excruciating pain, and the office made arrangements to see me the same day. I was prepared to be told that I needed a lot of work to be done due to a number of reasons, negligence being the biggest one, and that's exactly what I was told by Dr. Aanvi. The staff is friendly and seems to care about their patients. I was in pain when I got there and everyone was concerned. They put me at ease and did a thorough exam. Dr Lund is the best. He explained everything in a way I could understand. Thank you all for your professionalism.
