Everyone was very nice and the real shocker? I got an appointment right away. These people know their business and could not have been more helpful and sympathetic.
I can now say, for the first time ever, that I look forward to going to the dentist. Out of every dentist I have ever been to in my life, they are the first ones to ever listen to what I had to say. Dr Vargas, Faith, Michelle, and the front desk staff were all amazing. I highly recommend this place. If you have a fear of the dentist or you are embarrassed by your teeth, this is the place to go. The staff are awesome. The whole staff have great customer service, they provided very professional and friendly service located in Arlington, TX. They accept insurance, they also have payment plans. I am scared of the dentist, too many bad experiences but I had to go. Faith, the dental assistant, has a bubbly personality, friendly and very professional, she made me feel comfortable and was very detailed in explaining the x-rays and what other procedures was to come next.
