They tried double charging me. Even my insurance said: Look at the bill, they are trying to double charge you, don't pay them!
This place is completely unprofessional. They are never on time for appointments, and the wait is always ridiculously long. It's frustrating, disrespectful, and shows zero regard for their patients' time. If you value punctuality and basic courtesy, look elsewhere.

I went there with a broken tooth they did a bunch of xrays packed it with somthing they said was only temporary it fell out while I was brushing the next morning I wanted them to fix it right then witch wasn't possible for some reson they said some one would call me to set up a appointment to fix that never happed ive called multible times left multible messages and have not heard anything back i think its a scam just to bill insurance they took like 30 xrays even thought i was only worried about the one tooth they don't des... read more

I changed Dentist and brought my previous x-rays (6months old) and info from my previous dentist. The Dentist refused to see me unless I allowed him to take a complete set of x-rays. I have 32 years in the nuclear industry and have no desire to be exposed to unnecessary radiation. My opinion is he was just padding the bill for the insurance company payment. Go elsewhere!

Avoid this place at all costs. You can't contact anyone. They don't answer the phone. My husband left three voicemail messages needing to reschedule an appointment. No one ever called back. He had to drive to the office and cancel the appointment in person. And as far as billing our insurance, they don't know what they are doing. We got multiple eobs for the same service date showing that coverage was declined. Check with the BBB. Over 117 claims against them.
