After calling Aspen Dental - New Caney for emergency care, I was given an immediate appointment with the best service. Each person understood how I was feeling and went to great lengths to help me after experiencing a very painful toothache. The situation was quickly resolved after giving me options with prices. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental - New Caney for your dental needs. The prices were very reasonable!

The people who work here are very professional. They work with you and want to be sure your comfortable I had a root canal with no pain- We both had deep cleaning and hygienist Was so careful and did a great job! They discuss your charges and treatment before you it's done -any questions -they work with you one on one -even finance Their smiles and atmosphere makes you feel comfortable The office staff is very professional - easy to schedule We're glad we changed to this location on Hwy 59 and 99 in Porter,Tx

First off, their yelp reviews are horrendous; If you want a proper review of this Aspen location in New Caney, go over to google and you will have more context with the service(s) and what they offer. I took a chance and decided to visit this office being that I used to go to Complete Dental Care in Kingwood...They no longer have hours that accommodate my after-work needs. Lali is the worst for customer service. She does not know how to speak to her patients and does not even acknowledge your issue. I refuse to go back. Good thing they are not the only one in New Caney.

I chose this dental office because scheduling my first appointment was a breeze and the location was only about 10 minutes from my home. I thought it would be convenient, but unfortunately, that was not the case. My first visit was a regular exam and checkup, followed by a cleaning on a separate visit, which went completely fine. After that, I scheduled a wisdom tooth extraction but had to cancel the appointment. I was told I would receive a full refund (almost $1,000), so I went ahead and canceled. I have used this Aspen Dental location before with no issues--service was always fast and professional. However, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. After a year and a half, I returned for X-rays and a dental exam and ended up waiting over an hour and a half, and they still had not completed my appointment by the time I had to leave. Policies change, appointments get cancelled, you never get notified until it's too late. I would seek other local dentist before making your way down to Aspen.
