I couldn't be more pleased! I came in for a new patient appointment postpartum and worried my dental health took a turn due to mental health concerns! Prior to this appointment I came in with my infant and immediately was told due to X-rays I couldn't be seen- NO WORRIES! I was taken back and given a Saturday appointment. Dr Marc and Dr Soto are beyond amazing along with all of the staff and assistants! From the moment I walked in to the day of my surgery everyone was polite and caring. My procedure was very long and no one ever felt rushed or hurried the procedure along. They all took their time to the very end.

Great service and attentive staff. Very considerate. My aunt doesnt have insurance and they helped her finance her teeth. They fixed everything immediately . On the spot.

I don't know why you trying to call and talk to someone no one picks up I called 30-40 times and no one picks up the phone and they close at 6:00 I've been calling since 5:00 all I get is an answering machine . I don't like that. But besides that everybody in the office is very nice but please somebody get the phone thing right answer the phone when the phone rings

Took my husband to the office in lehigh acres fl with a really bad tooth hurting and they have ignored him for days. Wont take him in to pull the tooth. Too interested in selling 12k worth of work. Not interested in the patient at all just money. Worst dental office have ever been in.

My wife and I went to this aspen dental to finds a new dentist because Cruzin Dental no longer was a provider on our insurance. My wife and I were seen separatly and we were both told we had periodontal disease and we needed deep cleanings and several thousand dollars worth of work. That was all a lie. We have never have gum disease or gum issues so we explained that and they insisted that we needed the work. We left and then got a bill in the mail even though the consultation was to be free. went in to have a crown put in on the left side of my mouth, after and up to now I have not been able to chew on the left side of my mouth with feeling pain and now my gum under the crown is swollen it has been swollen for about two weeks when i called to schedule due to the pain and discomfort I was in from a problem they caused they tried to charge to fix their mistake I would not recommend aspen dental of lehigh acres to anyone

Called and made an appointment to possibly have a tooth pulled, ask for the cost and was told $3-500, was told a full evaluation with digital X-rays would be $29. Went waited over an hour for doctor, everyone was nice. The place had very few patients, more staff than workers. I am an older man with noted tooth problems, so it didn't surprise me that dentist recommend pull all my remainder teeth and getting dentures or 4 on 4 fixed dentures.
