It was a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and I felt that my dental needs were very important. Dr. Mittal took the time not only to tell me what I needed, but explained why and the importance. The office is very professional and organized on how they do things. I really enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend them as your dentist office.

Dr. Mittal and his team were incredible. I've unfortunately spent a lot of time in many dentists offices and this was truly the first time I've felt heard. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and educate me when I didn't fully understand my treatment. I knew I needed a lot of work done but would only be able to afford the tooth that started hurting me last week, but they have their own discount plan that helped me afford more than I anticipated. so grateful to dr mittal and the aspen staff for amazing denistry work. One of the best dentists and wonderful communication skills. I've seen dozens of dentists in my life and dr Mittal exceeded all expectations. Everyone made me feel like the most important patient in the world. Temporary Crown work was so incredible it felt like a permanent. Looking forward to getting my permanent crown.

Read the reviews below and was sad to see this as truly, my son and mom were taken care of with honesty, urgency and empathy. My son is 11 and normally goes to a pediatric dentist but had a permanent tooth that needed addressed. When I tell you as a mom, Dr. Mittal made me feel truly at ease, he did not let me pull the tooth, explained why and gave me so much education around making a decision that could impact my son for the rest of his life with this being a permanent tooth. If there were minus stars, they would be applicable here. These people say one thing, they get you in and then they make you into a liar. One dentist, Dr. Varun Mittal, was not only unprofessional, but also very rude and defensive, treating us like second-class citizens. He banned us from their office and their records because we dared to complain about their practices and money grabbing ambitions. Brian and Ara are decent human beings, but Aspen is just too short staffed, but after reading these reviews, maybe Aspen is trying to weed out poor staff members.? And I get looking out for your people, but RESCHEDULING 3 CONSECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS ONLY TO TELL ME, "APPARENTLY WE JUST FOUND OUT OUR HYGIENIST IS ON LEAVE FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH!" ‼ IS ACTUALLY CRAZY‼Like wtf‼Is this person even coming back to a job? Went to Aspen Dental just to ask about cleaning costs. I gave my insurance info ahead of time and was told I wouldn't pay anything. But at the visit, they did X-rays without checking if insurance would cover it. Later, I got a surprise bill. Felt misled and overcharged. Wouldn't recommend.

If I could give this place a 0 or no stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONE AND YOUR TIME ! The staff doesn't listen when you call and just make things up when you explain to them exactly why you are calling for. I went in for pain the dr said I might need a root canal but he would try to save it. Well guess what ......he did a crown and the same day he put my perminant crown it fell out. Their website says they offer emergency hour.. IT WAS A LIE ! I called and told them my tooth was exposed and I was in so much pain. NO ONE ... read more
