Started having tooth pain over the weekend and figured I needed to be seen ASAP since I was leaving Tuesday for a business trip. Was easily able to schedule an appointment online for first thing Monday morning as a new patient! Staff was very welcoming, super nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Mittal was excellent, evaluating me and getting a plan in place to make sure I would be pain free and safe while out of town with a promise to get me all fixed up when I get back. BEST DENTIST VISIT EVER!!! I am 40 years old and have seen my fair share of dentist around Placer and Sacramento Counties, but my search for my forever dentist is now over! Aspen Dental checked ALL the boxes for me. Every staff member was more than just friendly, they were professional, kind, sympathetic, patient, and VERY informative. With their 3D images, X rays and scans, I was able to see exactly what he saw inside my mouth and he took the time to be sure I understood the treatment he recommended. I went somewhere else first and was quoted an outrageous amount for a fix on one tooth. I came to aspen for a second opinion and wish I would have just came here first.They worked with my insurance to get all mouth work needed for a the SAME PRICE as the first place I went to get one thing done. The staff is super friendly and the dentist is very attentive and makes sure that you’re comfortable. They have a lifetime patient in me from now on :)
I had some trust issues with multiple dental offices in my area.I finally found Aspen Dental and they didn't trying to pull any nonsense like the other Dental office's. They not only have patient and kind employees ( hard to find these days), but they also weren't trying to do unnecessary work just to make a buck unlike the other dental offices, i've been to!!
All staff I met at this facility today were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Willing to hear me out and take into consideration my wishes instead of just giving me “their plan of care” I felt “heard” and comfortable and will definitely return to this facility.
