All the staff was amazing! Ara, my hygienist was so very kind, gentle and very professional! She made my exam very easy and pain free. Thank you so much!!! This is an edit to my initial review. Although the staff is great, the office can’t seem to get it together with scheduling surgeons. They have scheduled and cancelled surgery appointments twice and I have definitely lost confidence in this dental office. The staff were very pleasant and kind. They explained all the options that were open for my treatment. Everyone on the dental explained details of my teeth vs good and bad. The person who helped with my insurance was awesome . This is one facility that I would recommend to family and friends with the golden star. I have finally found a place that treats you like a person not an individual who wants a cute smile and down the years have repetitive pay.
This was my first time at Aspen Dental. I would like to start by saying I do NOT go to chain dental companies. I always find a private dentist. I have had some issues with my teeth in the last several years. I thought my teeth were so bad that I should just get dentures. Mind you I’m only 40. My first visit I met the office manager and she was amazing. I was taken back to have my X-rays and 3D scan by the assistant and she was so friendly. If I could have the option to give no stars I would, but only the reason being for the terrible operations manager, Barbara Gonzalez. The doctor and staff are extremely professional and nice, but Barbara does not do her job properly. We waited for a month for an estimate but she never sent it after calling and emailing many times, and when we were sick of it, we canceled the appointment and was charged FOR THE EXAM when we have double insurance coverage. It was a great experience. Everyone was welcoming and I felt that my dental needs were very important. Dr. Mittal took the time not only to tell me what I needed, but explained why and the importance. The office is very professional and organized on how they do things. I really enjoyed my visit. I would definitely recommend them as your dentist office.
