If I could have the option to give no stars I would, but only the reason being for the terrible operations manager, Barbara Gonzalez. The doctor and staff are extremely professional and nice, but Barbara does not do her job properly. We waited for a month for an estimate but she never sent it after calling and emailing many times, and when we were sick of it, we canceled the appointment and was charged FOR THE EXAM when we have double insurance coverage. Horrible customer service. Office staff is rude and act like you're bothering them. If you don't return their call in what they feel is a timely manner, they are incredibly rude. People have a life and can't always make scheduled appointments but if you have to reschedule, they will be very rude and hostile. I wanted to try them as a new patient but will no longer be going here. Choosing another dentist due to the horrible front desk staff.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This place is despicable. Poor customer service. Front desk staff are incompetent and rude, not to mention their phones are always off and it is literally impossible to contact anyone in office. Waiting for answers and appropriate referral information from the staff is like pulling teeth (pun intended). Do not come here, there are plenty of dental offices in the surrounding areas that offer more professional and compassionate care! Shame on you Lincoln Aspen!!

I don't recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Mittal and all office members are very friendly and nice people, but that doesn't mean they have professional integrity. BEWARE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! 1. Dr. misdiagnosed or lied due to incompetence or greed 2. Got charged more than allowed amount on EOB statements 3. Took a while to get money back Begging of October, I needed to find a new dentist because my periodontal maintenance was due but my former dentist dropped my insurance.
