Very friendly, and that’s surprising as busy as they were. It’s tough dealing with that many people in pain, being a pain. Front desk were professional and yet personable. I hope I don’t get his name wrong, Terrence? Did my X-rays and as uncomfortable as the mouth piece get, didn’t mind. He had a personality and a way of guiding that felt empathetic. I came in today with excruciating pain with one of my teeth . I didn’t get there until about 1230 as a walk in, non client. They got me in with a small wait time. They saw me and the doctor did a quick exam. He recommended a tooth pull or route canal. They didn’t do it same day which I would have preferred because it hurts a lot. I also got there kinda late and they were closing at 3 being it was Saturday so I understand. Otherwise, they were super nice and understanding and got me some antibiotics. Great staff.
The staff was amazing, I wish I could remember every name who helped to me today but everyone was so friendly and informative. I was extremely nervous about going in since I haven’t been to a dentist in years but they handled me with care and patience and made my visit stress free and easy! They were also very informative and left no questions unanswered, all the why, when’s, and how bad will it hurt was answered clearly and honestly.
Everyone was very kind and informative about the treatments I needed and made me feel very relaxed during my appointment. Dr. Eglabrouny and Kevin were great at explaining the treatments to me. Nicole was also extremely helpful and accommodating to my financial situation during my consultation and finding a way to pay that works for me. Wonderful practice!
As a new patient everything took a lot longer but over all I had an amazing experience! Everyone was super nice, patient, polite and helpful. Had to get a few things done but left happy. One of the nurses was even nice enough to help me put my nose ring back in when I couldn't get it in after my X-Rays
