People were Friendly efficient and was the easiest extraction I've ever had.

I went in a couple of weeks ago with an infected tooth. The office staff were very efficient and my wait time was minimal. I got antibiotics and an appointment for a tooth extraction. When I went in for my extraction, I was impressed with the dentist and his efficiency in removing my tooth. I especially appreciate the billing office taking care of the finance part with my insurance, and giving me a total. Plus I love the TV's in the rooms....overall a great experience and I'll be back!

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and No long waiting periods. Schedules are timely. So far I am very pleased.

I haven't been to a dentist in almost a decade because I'm scared to death of dentists. I had no choice this time for my entire jaw on my left side was infected thanks to a molar. I checked with my insurance company, then scouted around for a dentist who would take me in on an emergency. Aspen was the only one I found. My experience was amazing. I had hoped they would extract the molar that same day, but I have osteoporosis and the dentist didn't feel comfortable doing it, so he rescheduled me for Wed so the oral surgeon can do the extraction which made sense to me. In the meantime, the dentist prescribed antibiotics and pain meds.. again, that made sense too for technically with osteoporosis, I should have asked my primary care doctor for antibiotics prior to this dental appointment, but I was in too much pain and wasn't thinking straight. I was also impressed with the fact that this dental clinic handled all my insurance requirements. I didn't have to file a claim for the extraction, the clinic did it for me. I was expecting a much higher bill for the extraction(s) that will be done on Wednesday and was pleasantly surprised not only with Aspen, but my insurance as well. I have VA Delta insurance... and for you veterans who aren't 100% disabled, I highly recommend VA Delta.. (you can find them on the EBenefit web site), it's only 45.00 a month and they cover a lot!!! The staff at Aspen put me at ease. Yes, I had to wait, but my theory is.. when it comes to my turn to be treated, they'll take the same amount of time with me as they did on the previous patients. As it turned out, that's exactly what happened. When the dentist finally got to me, he did take time to examine me and explain his plan and explain his reasons for deciding what he decided what was best for me. I was in pain, it would have been easy to be irritated with the wait time, but why create waves? When they finally got to me, they were kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Aspen and will continue with them.

They were very Professional! Excellent service. One thing I would change -- not so many X Rays.
