Very friendly and professional. I should not have had to wait several months for a night guard to be made, and this only happened because the lower plate split in half. They repaired the plate, but that did not last 2 weeks before breaking again in the same place. I finally was able to pick up the night guard the other day but it doesn't have the keepers in it so I have to go back for them to be put in and to discuss having a new lower plate made.
