I had an appointment to have my tooth pulled. The appointment was for April 15th at 7:30 am. I went to the appointment and was seen, the dentist came in and said tooth 30 or something because I only had one reason for coming to the dentist which was to have a tooth which the filling fell out of that now had a hole in it and was painful removed I assumed this was the same tooth that he stated. The motto is anything to make you smile. My experience from the beginning is not making me smile. Had problems with temp dentures never resolved. Had to wait in the exam chair 2 hours to have small cavity fixed.

Went in first appt in pain and left in pain need 5 extractions in a week I was given no pain meds or antibiotics (not sure how you pull abscessed teeth with no prior antibiotics). Called to have dr call me in pain meds and antibiotics and was hung up on .

I went there first visit in extreme pain today told me I needed extractions (which I had to delay because of scheduling conflicts) which I already knew they gave me nothing for pain and nothing for infection and they hung up the phone on me for calling and asking if the dentist would call me in some meds . All they are after is money and push you to get dentures not patient comfort I would not recommend them.
