If I could give them a zero I would. Was there for three hours and they did nothing. Was told when IU made an appointment that they has the gas. When I got there they said no. They don't even know what they are doing. Don't waste your time.
I would give them a better score than this due to the friendliness of the staff members but I can't bring myself to do so. I feel that aspen dental is a nice place to go, but they all need to get a complete understandings When I got my procedure done, I was told a few different things. Very disappointing visit. Will not be returning. Dentist was very abrupt, rude, and short with me. Not listening to me at all. Felt inauthentic. Not really concerned with my wellbeing but rather concerned about his bottom line. And that after a two month wait period as a new patient. Total waste of time!
Aspen Dental is a very nice place and clean. I was interested in the place because I was told from the signs that you can make payment plans and arrangements for the dental work. Which is good because you never know.
