I just sat in the parking lot for over an hour and a half after driving from new castle they said they called me several times to have me go inside and they didn’t i don’t even have a voicemail from them never coming here again!!!!

Uncaring, inconsiderate about a persons time, and inefficient. Any concerns are brushed aside like they do not matter. I have canceled my appointments with you, including the one for today while I was at your facility, and am finding a new dentist. I will be contacting you soon for my records. Second visit. Prepaid for removing a tooth. I was put in an exam room and told the dentist was finishing up a procedure and would be in in a few minutes. An hour later I got up and left. Please refund my prepayment.

A huge cash machine. Billing is confusing. Management can’t get their story straight when addressing billing questions. In less than a year, they sucked $1700 out of the money I had to borrow from CareCredit. The hygienist applied fluoride treatment after I requested her not to. Got charged for four quadrant irrigations when there were only two done, which I still believe was only a water rinse. When I challenged the bill the office manager refused to adjust the charges. Dirtiest dental office I have ever been to. Months of neglect on cleaning. Literally an arms length away from my face layers of dirt. Such a shame as some of the workers are super nice.

I went to aspen to have my wisdom teeth pulled. The reason i went is because they were "in my network". Gave me a price of $1500. Went to community which is out of network and got them done for $675. This place is a rip off.

I had my cleaning & exam appointment 8/3/2017. I would recommend when presenting the patient with the charge for the appointment upon arrival, that the details of what will be done be shown first. I paid my bill & found at the end of my appointment there would be a fluoride treatment. I told her that I did not want that. She said there will be a credit of $36 dollars on my account to apply to the bill the next time I am there. I would rather have not paid for this to start with. The dental care I received was very good.

Was told one thing on the phone, told another when I got there. Wasted 2 hours of my time, got my hopes up to get new teeth, to be shut down.
