They were great. I had a chipped tooth and the day of my consult the Dentist was able to fix my tooth. Unfortunately it chipped again only 3 days later so I'm going in today to get it fixed. �
I needed a root canal and a crown, my regular dentist wasn't in their office so I called Aspen. They got me in and had me set up with an appointment with an oral surgeon two days later. I went back to Aspen to have my crown put on and I have been very satisfied.

I woke up with a terrible toothache, and they got me in same day. The initial exam was free, including the xrays, and they pulled my troublesome tooth. They also told me any other issues I was having, and came up with a reasonable treatment plan. As someone who doesn't have insurance, their prices weren't that bad. Every person on the staff was overly nice, and made sure my every need was met. Great experience.
I am unsure why I see a lot of high ratings; however, that's what I based it one when I initially choose Aspen Dental. I called in for a cleaning (solely a cleaning) but they wanted to do X-rays and a few other stuff, which was fine for me. When I was in the middle of the process, I found out I was NOT getting a cleaning today because they did NOT have any openings and stated, "We determine what type of cleaning", which is absurd because I wanted to utilize one of my 2 free ... They do awesome work, but you will want to check insurance reports. My insurance was billed $16,000 for $8,000 in work.
