Initially I was happy because I was able to schedule an online appointment for a few days later. I got an email confirmation and then a few minutes later I got an email saying that my appointment was cancelled. I called the office and the person tried to schedule me for the same appointment and I had to tell them that it wasn't actually available since it was cancelled on me. No Stars, actually, and this has nothing to do with the dentist that treated me. She was good. What bothers me about this office is that ever since I connected with them, communication has been poor. Over the last several weeks, I have called and left messages which have never been returned. I don't understand how someone cannot check messages and return calls. Today was especially frustrating. I started going to this location back at the first of the year . Literally every single appointment I have had with them has been rescheduled or changed in some form . I’ve been very flexible except that I made an appt in January during my initial cleaning for my 6 months cleaning .
