Initially I was happy because I was able to schedule an online appointment for a few days later. I got an email confirmation and then a few minutes later I got an email saying that my appointment was cancelled. I called the office and the person tried to schedule me for the same appointment and I had to tell them that it wasn't actually available since it was cancelled on me. The next appointment available was a month later and I scheduled it. Luckily I was able to get into see a dentist sooner at another office. I called to... read more

I had small surface cavity they fixed it but stayed hurting I went back they worked on it some more kept on hurting so I called them and I went back they worked on it some more and kept on hurting so now I have to call them and go back and I hope they will fix it, that’s small surface cavity and I have to go three times and still hurting and before didn’t hurt so I have to go back , that is small surface cavity and they have hard time getting fixed what about bigger problem I have to live in their office for 6 months or so p... read more

No Stars, actually, and this has nothing to do with the dentist that treated me. She was good. What bothers me about this office is that ever since I connected with them, communication has been poor. Over the last several weeks, I have called and left messages which have never been returned. I don't understand how someone cannot check messages and return calls. Today was especially frustrating. I had three teeth pulled last Thursday and had the bleeding under control. However, for some reason last night it started up again. ... read more

I started going to this location back at the first of the year . Literally every single appointment I have had with them has been rescheduled or changed in some form . I’ve been very flexible except that I made an appt in January during my initial cleaning for my 6 months cleaning . I got a call the evening before my appointment date , telling me they had to reschedule me . I explained my frustrations but still rescheduled for 2 weeks from then .
